A hospice nurse working in the eerie French Quarter of New Orleans, Louisiana discovers a ghostly voice begging for her help. Haunting visions and nightmares unfold as she learns the ghostly woman is calling out from the dilapidated LaLaurie Mansion, a haunted house with a macabre history of slavery and occult rituals. As the nurse investigates the ghost's past and its connection to the mansion, she is dragged into a vortex of horror and violence, and must solve the mystery before becoming a victim of the haunted mansion herself.
