In the year 1995, Ramarao, a Mandal Revenue Officer who was formerly removed from the position of Deputy Collector, is posted in Chittoor and decides to find out about a series of unsolved murders in the region. Through his own investigation, he discovers that an illegal smuggling ring is behind the deaths. Will Ramarao be able to stop the smugglers and restore peace in his jurisdiction?
