Chloe, a criminology student, desperate to clear her younger brother's name after he's accused of a serious crime, fakes her own death to retrieve incriminating evidence from the morgue. After discovering the sadistic coroner uses the corpses for his own twisted needs, a terrifying game of cat and mouse ensues as he begins to suspect Chloe is alive and well.
