Dr. Rajkumar, a successful plastic surgeon, is married to Mahati, a traditional village girl. However, months into their marriage, a tragic accident happens, and Mahati's face has to be rebuilt by Rajkumar himself, using his skill and expertise. To his dismay, he realizes that the face he crafted on his wife's body is that of his lost love, Maya Fernandez, who he was expecting to marry before his life took this new direction. Struggling with his moral compass and sense of loyalty, Rajkumar must now figure out how to navigate his feelings and decide what true love really is.
