In the futuristic, dystopian America of the Mega City One, Ma-Ma, a sinister former prostitute-turned-drug pusher, emerges with a potent new drug that blurs the line between reality and subliminality. The only hope to stop her tyrannical takeover lies with the elite urban police force called Judges, who possess the authority and responsibility for meting out justice, verdicting, and enacting punishment as needed.
