A young woman, reeling from the sudden death of her husband, decides to take a solitary hike in a secluded forest. But her peaceful retreat is cut short when she crosses paths with a strange man, who forces her to witness an even stranger event-he calmly shoots a woman in a red jacket before injecting her with a paralyzing agent. After the man leaves, the woman realizes that she has been paralyzed and trapped in her own body, with no way to communicate or move. She must use her wits to uncover clues that will reveal the truth about the murderer, and find a way to escape before she too becomes another victim of the killer's growing spree.
