Amidst the tension and turmoil of the Parisian ghettos in 2010, an undercover cop must put his life on the line by joining forces with an ex-thug in a treacherous mission to infiltrate a dangerous gang and prevent a looming neutron bomb explosion that threatens to tear the city apart.
