In this sweeping espionage film, a young Chinese IT engineer volunteers to travel to North Africa to help his company compete for a valuable communication contract. Little does he know, a cunning French spy has the same idea with a nefarious end goal in mind. With the aid of a ruthless mercenary and a former general, the spy threatens to undermine the peace between the North and South.
