Massimo is a recovering drug addict. His dealer, Viktor, introduces him to Julia, whom Viktor has been cheating on Tien, Massimo's girlfriend, with. Tien finds out about the affair and violently assaults Julia. Viktor brutally assaults Tien in retaliation. Later, while walking home alone, a hurt and distressed Massimo is attacked and bitten by a mysterious beast dumping him into a nightmare struggle for survival, and Tien's fate hangs in the balance.
