Bikini Valley Car Wash is a hilarious romantic-comedy film about Amanda, a young promising student who loses her scholarship and has to move back to her small hometown. Unemployed and desperate for money, she is forced to reluctantly take a job at a local car wash alongside her high school nemesis and ex-boyfriend. As the car wash changes ownership, Amanda stumbles her way into a new romance while accidentally launching a battle between the current and former owners over the fate of the business.
