Raj Singhania is a wealthy businessman in Bombay, India who strikes a deal with Karan Malhotra, the leader of a music band, and his girlfriend Priya to fake a marriage in order to obtain Singhania's vast estate. However, when Raj falls in love with Priya, their plan takes an unexpected turn.
